Interview at NISER, Bhubaneswar

An interview held at NISER, Bhubaneswar on 6th & 7th January 2010 for the post of Office Assistant. The candidates were selected from a written test held on 13th December 2009 and computer test held on 5th January 2010. It is thorough an open advertisement. But the advertisement, written test and computer test are only in nameshake. All these stuffs were only to regularise contractual employees of NISER. The question is why NISER advertised openly, if they only selected their own internal employees? Unnecessary the other candidates are mentally and financially exploited. Is it not one type of exploitation by NISER, Bhubaneswar??
